IBM completed the acquisition of Red Hat last year, 2019, for 34 billion, in order to offer a next-generation hybrid multicloud platform based on open source technologies, such as Linux and Kubernetes.

This virtual information session will address the importance of Red Hat as the world's leading provider of enterprise open source software solutions and the work of its academic institution Red Hat Academy.
